Sheila Y. Rape

Rape, Sheila Y., 71, of Springfield, died at 5:40 a.m. Sunday July 28, 2013 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born in Springfield on August 19, 1941 the daughter of Roy and Ruth (Milton) Brooks. She retired from SPECO after more than 20 years of service. Survivors include her four children, Roy (Theresa) Rape, Kim Blevins, Lisa Bloomfield and Daniel (Jamie) Rape all of Springfield; 11 grandchildren, Ashley, Taylor, Dylan, Jessica, Erin, Dillon, Ethan, Daniel, Seth, Adam and Noah and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald in 1994. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Thursday in CONROY FUNERAL HOME. Her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the funeral home with Pastor Jeff Mullinix officiating. Burial will be in Vale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
