Scott A. Swanson

SWANSON, Scott A., 46, crossed the finish line on June 12, 2021 in Springfield. He was born August 9, 1974 in Springfield the son of James and Carolyn (Green) Swanson and was a beloved father and brother. Scott was an avid NASCAR fan and loved rock n roll music. He was a great story teller and could make you laugh with all his tall tales. He is survived by 2 daughters, Stacy (Kadeija Jones) Perkins-Swanson and Ashley (Joshua Lawson) Swanson; four grandchildren and one great granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Jessica Lynn Swanson, one brother, James "Jimmy" Swanson and a sister, Karen Hughey. A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 in Victory Faith Center.
