Robert C. Littler

LITTLER, Robert C. “Bob”, 68, of Springfield, passed away in his home in Springfield. He was born August 29, 1957 in Springfield, Ohio the son of the late Stanley and Loretta (Eaton) Littler. Bob served 4 years in the United States Air Force. He returned home and worked as a warehouse supervisor for Olan Mills for 18 years and later at Gordon Foods for 4 years. He touched many lives through his involvement at Abundant Life Church, his love of singing and his dedication to the children’s ministry. Bob loved riding his Harley, it was more than a hobby – it was part of who he was. Known by many as “Sidewalk Bob” for his crazy antics, larger-than-life personality and ability to make anyone laugh wherever he went. His contagious smile and warm spirit will never be forgotten. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Brad & Dawn Littler; two grandchildren, Haley and Hayden and two sisters, Kathy and Cindy. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Debbie. A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 28 in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME with Dustin Duckwall officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior from 4:00 to 5:00 pm.
