Ricky L. Shumaker

Shumaker, Ricky L., 75, of Springfield, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2026 at Allen View Healthcare Center. Ricky was born September 21, 1950 in Springfield, Ohio, the son of Marvin and Famina Eloise (Upperman) Shumaker. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served in Vietnam and later retired from R&M. In his spare time, he enjoyed leatherwork and wood working. Survivors include one son, Bryan L. Shumaker; and a granddaughter, Brittney Renee. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon, in 2012; and a son, Chris, in 2011. Services pending.
