Richard E. Wilson

Wilson, Richard E., 68, of Springfield, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2024 in his home surrounded by family. Richard was born September 9, 1955 in Springfield, Ohio, the son of Homer and Eleanor (Brumfield) Wilson. He worked in construction his whole life. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing his guitar and listening to music. But more than anything, he loved spending time with his family. Survivors include three children, Troy (Brandy), James (Sarah) and Kristen (Mike); fiancée, Tina Morris; two grandchildren, Chloe and Lydia; three brothers, Steve (Rhonda), Clyde (Debbie) and Todd (Crystal); sisters-in-law, Madge and Faith; several nieces and nephews; and numerous other brothers and sisters-in-law. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mikki Wilson. His Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 18 at 1:00 p.m. in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME. Visitation will be held two hours prior, beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Ferncliff Cemetery.
