Reah J. Chapman

Chapman, Reah J. (nee Stoner), of Springfield, Ohio, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, May 15, 2026, at the age of 62.

Reah was preceded in death by her siblings, Nora Craig and Tonya Reigelsperger; her father, Robert T. Stoner; her mother, Donna Sears; her stepfather, Ronny Sears; and many beloved friends and family members.

She is survived by her adoring husband, Ron Chapman; her children, Amanda Storer and husband Chris, Heather Stoner and partner Michael Ward, Daniel and wife Regina, Kristina Andrews and husband Edwin, and Jay Chapman and wife Alissa; ten grandchildren, Alyssa, Amber, Hailey; Justice, Ashlin, Nora; Ace, Emrys; Jaclyn; and Ava; siblings, Jami Tucker and husband Pete, and Rob Stoner and wife Deann; along with a large and loving extended family.

Reah was a loving soul, kind friend, and avid gardener. She leaves a legacy of love and kindness in the hearts of those who knew her. Her cooking will also be deeply missed.

In keeping with the family's wishes, and in lieu of a viewing and funeral, a Celebration of Life for Reah J. Chapman will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the family home, 1626 Sunset Ave., Springfield, OH 45505. Food will be provided, and we ask that you wear spring colors to honor Reah's love of things that grow.
