Phyllis Ann Garber

GARBER, Phyllis Ann, 78, of St. Paris, OH, passed away May 14, 2025, in The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. She was born February 18, 1947, in Dowagiac, Michigan, the daughter of Lloyd Dee and Doris Aleyne (Gleason) Parsons. Phyllis was the oldest of 17 children, 14 of whom still survive. She enjoyed photography, gardening, baking and was a faithful ‘Gunsmoke’ viewer. Phyllis loved to travel anywhere she could go and photograph. Survivors include her husband, Leland; one daughter, Sally (Darren) Yates; a stepdaughter, Polly (Bruce) Bargar; stepson, Andrew (Veronica) Garber; step grandchildren, Kyler (Amber) Garber, Kasin (Kearston) Garber, Kelsi Garber, Emma Garber and Elijah Garber; and step great-grandchildren, Leland Garber, Paige Garber and Jane Garber. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters. A graveside service will be held at a later date.
