Michael L. Stevens

STEVENS, Michael L., 68, of Springfield, passed away Friday, April 06, 2018 in his home. Michael was born June 21, 1949 in Ross Township, Ohio to Ralph Stevens and Eileen (Goble) Adams. He retired from GM after 31 years, and later worked at First Christian Church. In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife, Sandra (Amicon) Stevens; two children, Angela (Keith) Zack and Camaree Stevens; two brothers, Richard (Mary) Stevens and Dennis (Judy) Stevens; three brothers-in-law, Bob Frost, Don Amicon and Steve Amicon; several nieces and nephews; and several close friends, including Fletch and Bert Mowell, Butch Jones, Judy Livingston and his church family. He was preceded in death by his father; son, Scott Stevens; grandson, Ethan Zack; and sister, Diana Frost. Visitation will be held at First Christian Church on Tuesday from 4 - 7 p.m. His funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. in First Christian Church with Pastor Brian Borton officiating. Burial will be held in Silvercreek Cemetery, Jamestown, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to First Christian Thailand Minister. The family is being served by CONROY FUNERAL HOME.
