Melanie Ann Kuhlman

Kuhlman, Melanie Ann, 81, of Springfield, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2026, at Springfield Regional Medical Center with her children at her side. Melanie was born May 11, 1944, in Springfield, Ohio, the daughter of Lawrence Demma, Sr. She retired from Physicians and Surgeons for Women, where she worked in the scheduling department and developed several lasting and loving friendships. In her spare time, she loved reading, watching Hallmark movies, and spending time with her family. Melanie was sweet, giving, and quick-witted. Most importantly, she loved unconditionally. Survivors include two children, Bill (Holly) Kuhlman and Heather (Vic) Corbin; four grandchildren, Brooke (Landon) Dickerson, Jacob Kuhlman, Ty (Brittany) Corbin and Nicholas Corbin; two great grandchildren, Oaklynn and Lainey; three siblings, Adrienne (Ron) Walls, Frank Demma and Larry Demma; numerous nieces and nephews; and numerous close friends. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two aunts, Gloria Demma and Isabella “Cupie” Demma. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 15 at 5:00 p.m. in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME. Visitation will be held two hours prior, beginning at 3 p.m. in the funeral home.
