Martha Jean “Pud” (Dunn) Wobbe, 92, of Mishawaka, Indiana, passed away on August 7, 2026. She was born on July 14, 1934, in Springfield, Ohio, to William P. and Angela M. (Scofield) Dunn. 

Martha grew up in Springfield and created a lifetime of memories there. On August 22, 1953, she married Lawrence Edward Wobbe. Together, they raised their son, Mark, and built a loving life surrounded by close relatives and good friends. She was a longtime parishioner at St. Teresa Catholic Church.

Martha was affectionately known as “Pud” by her siblings and loved ones, She especially treasured her nieces and nephews and enjoyed the relationships they shared throughout the years. Pud also had a love for flowers and gardening. She enjoyed working in the dirt, tending to her flowers, and taking pride in watching things grow. 

Martha was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Larry, and her five siblings of three brothers and two sisters. 

She is survived by her son, Mark Wobbe (Dawn); and two cherished grandchildren, Ryan and Rachel. She also leaves behind many beloved nieces, nephews, and dear friends. 

Martha will be laid to rest at St. Bernard Cemetery in Springfield, Ohio, on August 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Martha’s memory to Big Hearted Blooms, an organization that shares the beauty of flowers with those who may need a little comfort and happiness. Through the recycling of flowers, Big Hearted Blooms creates beautiful bouquets for the sick, elderly, and lonely. A donation in Pud’s memory would be a meaningful way to honor her love of flowers while bringing comfort and happiness to others. S
