Marjorie Ann Jones

Jones, Marjorie Ann “Margie”, 85, of Springfield, passed away Saturday, August 9, 2025, at Springfield Regional Medical Center. Margie was born August 29, 1939, in Springfield, Ohio, the daughter of Walter and Rosaline (Steiner) West. In her free time, Margie enjoyed, baking, sewing, doing jig saw puzzles and traveling. But more than anything, she enjoyed spending time with family and taking care of children. Survivors include three children, Kim (Cheyenne) Stuart, Tami (Wade) Haney and David Jones; ten grandchildren, Michelle (Sam) Jones, Jenny (Danny) Wehrs, Tiffany (Travis) Smith, Christy (Tommy) Isbell, Cory Jones, Tori Jones, Jeff Jones, Jr., Taylor (Chris) Doolin, Brandon (Katlynn) Stuart and Kyle Jones; numerous great grandchildren; two siblings, Chuck (Diana) West and Linda Puckett; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Elbert “Junior” Jones, Jr.; and one son, Jeff Jones. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 14 from 4 to 6 p.m. in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME. Her Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Chris Raulston officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.
