Larry A. Strome

Strome, Larry A., 85 of Springfield, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2025. He was born in New Carlisle, Ohio on July 13, 1940 the son of Edward and Dorothy (Jenkins) Strome. Larry was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and he retired from Columbia Gas after more than 35+ years of service. Survivors include his two sons, Jason (Karen) Strome and Stephen (Pamela Mihaly) Strome; brother and sister-in-law, Darrell (Marti) Strome; granddaughter, Patricia Strome and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Judith in 1992; sister, Dorothy Carter and two brothers, Clarence and Edward Strome. His funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday in CONROY FUNERAL HOME. Visitation will be held one hour prior, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Burial will follow in New Carlisle Cemetery.
