Joseph Robert Gean Blackburn

Blackburn, Joseph Robert Gean, 21 of Springfield, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2025. He was born in Springfield on April 10, 2004 the son of Jason “Dawg” and Stacy (Davis) Blackburn. He was a 2022 graduate of Tecumseh High School and graduated from Springfield Clark CTC, where he was in the welding program. He was working for the Plumbers and Pipefitters Union Local 189 in Columbus, Ohio. He enjoyed riding his motorcyle and spending time with his cousins, Daly Blevins and Dalten (MacKenzie) Rittenhouse. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandmother, Deborah Davis; paternal grandmother, Joyce (Darrell) Blevins, Sr. and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Robert Davis. Visitation will be held from 5:00 -7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 in CONROY FUNERAL HOME.
