Eliot West

West, Eliot, 75, of Springfield, passed away Friday, August 15, 2025, in his home surrounded by family. Eliot was born June 2, 1950, in Springfield, Ohio, the son of Edward and Mary Catherine (Januszkiewicz) West. He retired as a truck driver after 23 years with Active USA and later ABF Trucking. He was also a member of the Union Club and was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan. Survivors include his friend and partner, Linda Barnett; three sisters, Carolyn Evilsizor, Susan Baker and Barbara Martin, and their families; and many, many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a niece. A visitation will be held Friday, August 22, from 4 - 6 p.m. in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME, with cremation to follow. Burial will be held at St. Bernard Cemetery at a later date.
