Dora B. Younker

Younker, Dora B., 93, of Springfield, passed away Thursday, September 11, 2025 at Kettering Health Springfield. Dora was born on December 22, 1931, in Hazard, Kentucky, the daughter of Robert and Mary (Allen) Combs. She was a retired hairdresser and active in the Masonic Community. Survivors include five children, Alan (Nancy) Hunt, Verna (Wayne) Eitel, Diane (Allen) Phelps, Angie Owens and Rose (Johnny) Nuttin; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and numerous other family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George; daughter, Yvonne Newport; grandson, Mitchell Hunt; and four siblings, Oscar, Eddie, Laura and George. A visitation will be held at the Masonic Home Chapel on Monday, September 22 at 11:30 a.m. with a service immediately following. Burial of ashes will then be held at Ferncliff Cemetery.
