Brenda Kay Wilson

Wilson, Brenda Kay 72, passed away on Wednesday October 21st, 2026.

She was born in Springfield, Ohio on July 5th ,1954. She was the daughter of George “Hank” and Ruby (Thompson) Wilson.

She was employed by Ohio Thermometer, Marianne clothing store and Roberd’s Furniture. She was also a beautician by trade.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids, children and family.

She is survived by her fur babies, Sally Sue and Diego; her brother, George H. “Butch” Wilson; sister, Linda L.(Tom)DeWitt; her daughters, Tracy Stannard and her husband Mike and Kristy Benston; her grandchildren, Gavin Lyall and fiancé Morgan, Lauren Stannard and her fiancé Tyler, Noah Lyall and one great granddaughter, Eleanor Lou “Norrie” Lyall and many nieces, nephews and close friends.

She was preceded in death by parents, Hank and Ruby Wilson, and her brother Richard Allen Wilson.

Brenda chose to consider others with a wonderful gift of being an organ donor. An honor walk was done in her name at Springfield Regional Medical Center. The family requests that you consider being an organ donor and in lieu of flowers you may make a donation to Life Connections organization via www.lifeconnection.org. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements handled by CONROY FUNERAL HOME.
