Jack Conroy is a third generation funeral director having been licensed since 1971. His grandfather on his mother's side, George D. Degenhart, began a funeral home in Springfield in 1919. Jack's father, John J. Conroy, began working as a licensed funeral director for his father-in-law in 1945, and later opened his own funeral home at its present location in 1955. Jack is active on several community boards and volunteers with a number of local organizations. He and his wife Lonnie have three sons.

John is a life long resident of Springfield, and has been a licensed funeral director since 1971. He was a 1966 graduate of Catholic Central High School and a 1970 graduate of the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. His association with Conroy Funeral Home began in 1965. He and his wife Millie are very active in their church working on various festivals and fund raisers. They are also active in the Knights of Columbus. John and Millie have one son and one granddaughter.

Rob has been associated with the funeral business his entire life, due to the fact that his father was a licensed funeral director and embalmer. He is a native of Middletown, Ohio, where he graduated from Middletown High School in 1990. He went on to graduate from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in 1993. After working for a funeral home in Middletown for two years he joined the firm in 1995 as a licensed funeral director and embalmer. Rob enjoys the community of Springfield, and hopes to continue to serve its people in the future.

Kyle is a fourth generation funeral director following in the footsteps of his father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Kyle graduated from Catholic Central High School in 1998 and went on to the University of Toledo and graduated with a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship, Family and Small Business. He attended the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science and graduated with a Bachelors of Mortuary Science in 2003. Kyle enjoys Springfield and is currently active with a number of organizations.
